Most useful things to tell us
- A spec that looks wrong — include the station, the figure, and a link to the manufacturer page or manual you checked.
- A result that seems off — the link from the planner’s “Copy link to this plan” button lets us see exactly what you chose.
- A safety concern — anything that could lead someone to use backup power unsafely.
- A broken page — the page, plus your device and browser.
- Privacy questions and business or partnership enquiries.
How corrections work
We check every reported error against the manufacturer’s documents. If you’re right, we fix the station’s record, record the change in our corrections log, and update the page date. If the manufacturer’s own sources conflict, we use the more cautious figure and explain the conflict on the page.
Please don’t send personal documents or account details — we don’t need them. We can’t give individual medical or electrical advice; for medical equipment, talk to your care provider, and for anything wired into your home, a licensed electrician.
